Entry Level Bilingual Customer Success Associate (Mandarin)

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Customer Success Associate to join our team. Our day-to-day operations at AIYA rely on this role, so we need an individual who is passionate about

Responsibilities:
 
● Establish clear retention goals and process milestones for clients and employees to work towards
● Focus on competitive market dynamics to form data reports
● Conduct visits and appointments for potential clients
● Conduct business communication; refines the basic needs of customers to provide effective solutions
● Make planning proposals for clients and expand client relationship resume
● Screen customer categories for effective matchmaking
● Identify potential clients and needs
● Effectively communicate on a product market basis and execute company programs
● Debug products and participate in system testing
● Travel might be requested.

Qualifications/Requirements:
● 1+ years of experience in Key Account and Internet Software industry

● Bachelor’s Degree required
● B-side experience preferred
● Business and solution experience preferred
● Proficiency in English and Mandarin required

Job Type: Full-time - Onsite 
Pay: $15 - 20 per hour Schedule:
● 8 hour shift
